- Are SPLASHPACK products really 100% waterproof?
Yes, all our cases are 100% waterproof i.e. no water will get into the case, and all items inside the case will be 100% dry. They are 100% waterproof up to 5m/15ft underwater. Please ensure you use your cases as instructed by us to ensure its 100% waterproof ability.
- How long does delivery take?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders by the next business day (this may vary depending on the volume of orders).

- Does the product really float if dropped in water?
Yes, all our products will float if dropped in water unless attached to a heavy object.
- Can I really use my phone/mp3 player while it is in the pouch?
Yes, all our cases maintain full functionality whilst in our pouch, so you can make and receive calls without quality deterioration. Of course you can use your MP3 player while it is in the pouch, not only that but you will be able to enjoy the sound of your music while you are diving under water.
- How long does the warranty cover me for?
If used as instructed and if not damaged by wear and tear, our cases come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty against any production defaults.
- How deep in the water do SPLASHPACK cases work safely?
All SPLASHPACK cases work up to 5m / 15f underwater unless stated otherwise. It is not recommended to submerge the case for longer than 1 hour at any given time.
- How long can I leave the product in direct sunlight?
Depending on the heat of the sun and the durability of the items inside the case, we do not recommend you leave your case under direct sunlight for longer than 2 consecutive hours; as the sun may harm the item inside the case but not the SPLASHPACK itself.
- What kind of testing do you undertake to ensure the products are waterproof?
In order to ensure that our products are 100% waterproof, quality control is divided up into a 2 step process:
First is the testing process at our factory:
Appearance test: All products will be tested on appearance, colour and surface scars.
Pull test: All products go through the vigorous pull test to ensure they are strong and durable.
Waterproof test: 10% of our products will be tested under water for 1 hour to ensure their waterproof ability.
2nd Appearance test: All products will go through a final appearance test.
Second and most importantly is the testing process at our Sydney Office:
Waterproof test: All products will be tested to ensure their waterproof ability before dispatched.
- What are your refund and exchange policies?
Our refund policy: We will refund you the full amount of your purchase if the item is received within 7 days of receipt and kept in its original re-sellable condition. If the product has been used or the packaging has been damaged you will lose your full refund right and we will post you back your item.
Our Exchange policy: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it for a different product of a similar value; you will have to send us the product in it's original condition and packaging, without it being used within 30 days. Please also ensure to enclose a cheque for your postal costs and we will organise for the product of your choice to be dispatched to you. In the event of you wanting to purchase a cheaper product, we will deposit the difference into your bank account (Australia only) or by paypal (International customers).

YES!

- How much does postage cost?
If you are ordering within Australia postage is $8.50. If your order is over $100 your postage is FREE.
